The pool installer is a great guy. He . . .

• Stripped the protective shield off the Romex too far,

• Punched out a knockout in the breaker panel,

• Did NOT smooth the raw steel edges,

• Did NOT install a protective grommet in the opening

• Did NOT get the unprotected wiring safely down into the breaker panel.

He DID close the panel up, went home and slept peacefully while this family risked their lives every night sleeping on this ticking time bomb.
